You will receive a quick response from us. After agreement, you will have to send the device to our Workshop by post or while traveling. Here are our commitments:
- the device is repaired by our experienced technicians,
- equipment. special state-of-the-art techniques are used,
- the equipment is sterilized at regular intervals,
- all measures are taken for careful use of the devices, especially wearing gloves.
- processing times are announced to customers in advance and respected.
- your information is not deleted, except with your agreement,

- the devices are inspected before and after repair,
- If minor breakdowns are noted, they are repaired free of charge, or at the cost of the spare part,
- There is no change in the performance of the device before and after repair.
The product therefore presents a malfunction or appearance.

To request a quotation, please specify your requirements and indicate whether the problem is a fault or a malfunction. Please provide details of the tests carried out and any error messages. For example, your request may be related to one of the following classic problems :

The diagnostic time is one day. To this must be added the return delivery time. Repairs in the Workshop are generally carried out the same day.
